Couldn&#039;t agree with you more.  I&#039;m constantly amazed by people, not just in the VO biz, who think that doing the bare minimum is okay.  We&#039;ve all had those bad customer experiences with people not willing to help.  We remember those and stop doing business with that person or company.  We should remember our bad experiences when dealing with our clients and work hard to be sure they walk away happy.  I&#039;m fortunate to have a lot of repeat clients and I&#039;m pretty sure a large part of that is because I strive to be sure they&#039;re happy with my work.</description>
